Congratulations!

You are now allotted provisional admission into the first year of the three year B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration at the Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur during the online counseling held at seven counseling centers across India from 13th June to 6th July 2011.
You are required to download this provisional allotment letter and report for admission at the Institute allotted to you between 7th to15th July 2011 along with following documents:
All attested copies should be signed by Gazetted Officer or Principal of School last     attended. 

Induction at the Institute shall begin on 18th July 2011. 

1. Proof of having passed 10+2 or equivalent examination-original +attested copy      thereof. 

2. Proof of age based on the certificate of Secondary Examination or respective School Boards   – Original + attested copy thereof. 

3. Proof of the Category in case of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC Non Creamy Layer,  Physically Handicapped and Kashmiri Migrant candidates – original + attested copy thereof. 

4. Transfer Certificate issued by School last attended / Migration Certificate issued by the Board  – Original + attested copy thereof. 

5. Two passport size photographs as those affixed on your Admit Card/Application Form. 
6. You are already aware of the Refund and Withdrawal Policy of NCHMCT. Kindly refer to the prospectus and the web site of NCHMCT – www.nchm.nic.in for the said information.    

7. Those allotted hostel fees, are required to pay Rs.14000/- as I^st Term Hostel Fees. Please refer to hostel on our website for the Fee structure at IHM Jaipur. You are also required  to pay towards uniform (approx. Rs.4000/-) and books (Journals etc) and some Minor College Charges towards ID card, Magazine, Class tests which amounts to about Rs.700/- etc.

8.  All attested copies should be signed by Gazetted Officer or Principal of School last attended.
